ok i have a 96 eclipse with a stillen front end, but lets forget that for now. i bought the piaa 1100x series fog lights to fit in the bumper holes and i also ordered stock oem fog light brackets for a 97 eclipse. will the stock 97 brackets bolt up to the 96 frame?

how hard was it for anyone else to convert their 95-96 to the 97-99 foglights? also how do i get the piaa lights to bolt into the oem 97 brackets, and whats a good way to wore them to my existing harnesses? i dont plan on using the piaa harnesses, i just want to spllice into the oem ones.

yes.

the rest of your question really only you can answer. hopefully you have a thinking cap and some common sense. im sure you can do it.

i second what dsmturboawd said. I did a 95 to 97 conversion last summer and the fogs bolt up the same way and to the same point. Make sure you snap a pic to show the rest of us how your day with the thinking cap went.

the only thing that i am worried about is splicing the connectors for the fog lights so they fit the oem ones. its a little cold out so il just bolt them up untill it gets warmer out.
