Difference between 95-96 and 97-99 fenders???

All I want to know is if there is a difference between the 95-96 fenders and the 97-99 or are they all the same.

I have changed my 95-96 rear bumper for a 97-99,and the biggest problem was to bring from the USA, because in Europe only was a rear bumper (the first) since 95 until 99.Do you understand ?,my english must to improve

What Caco means is that the Euro spec was 95 to 98 and then the facelift came in 99..get it?

really?, i haven´t seen in Spain anyone eclipse with 97-99 rear bumper,and my car is of 1997.The dealer´s mechanic said me that last rear bumper, never arrives here,always was the same 95-99.
Raph,perhaps you have the reason,i´m not very sure
