Can anyone help me with 4pts?

Hello,

I have a 1990 Eagle talon. I am going to replace my stock seat belts with aftermarket ones. I have a 3 pt harness from Sparco that I really like. I have a couple questions. There are two kinds, a bolt in and a snap in. Which should I get? Here is the link for each:

I am custom making a rear strut bar for the 3pt to mount to. I have the leather seats in my car, and I saw this tutorial on vfaq.com that showed installing belt grommets for harnesses to go through the seat, however it showed it on a cloth seat. Can I put belt grommets in my leather ones?

Do the harnesses bolt where the stock seat belts bolts too?

you could slide the belts underneat the headrest and it will work about as well as cutting up a leather seat.

i have leather too and although its far from good looking leather i'm still hesitant to go chopping into it right now.

unfortunately sparco doesn't make a wrap around style i don't think. that would be your best bet if you intend to mount it to a rear strut bar. otherwise get the 4 point bolt in and use the rear seat belt attachment points.
