sideskirts on RS...

i pretty sure but not positive here, am i right in saing the 2g eclipse RS has NO "sideskirts" like the gs, gst gsx? so that means, when i go to put on my kit - my VIS low blitz sides, they just go right overtop my stock "sides" ? any oher info is appercieatd. thanks

Yes, you are correct. The RS does not come with side skirts or doorcaps, so if you have an RS there will be nothing to remove.

And, as an added bonus for throwing down all that extra cash for the top of the line RS trim, you also get non paint matched side mirrors and door handles! Wooo! ...yeah I also own an RS.

haha yea, the only thing i really wanttht idiferentfrom the other eclipses is rar disc brakes -- il be swapping my rear rms for them as soon as i found out how to , OBVIOUSLY turbo and even AWD ... but hey, o well

I just skimed over it and saw that it said puting skirts over the sides. I was thinking he was trying to put them over the sideskirts on the car, .

I have sideskirts coming in the mail now. there from a 96 gs, anyways if the plastic snap pieces are missing, can i buy them anywhere else?

And i was wondering about my door handles. Would painting them to match my car be a smart idea. I dont want them to chip/scratch or any of that.

Any help would be a appreciated

Yeah, you can get those little plastic grommets (or whatever they're called) from Satan who will want to charge almost $2 each for a tiny little piece of plastic!

...and yeah, if you got the $$$ paint your door handles to match the rest of your car. I always thought the mismatatched handles on my RS looked out of place.

those plastic gromments look just the same as from any other car,try a gm dealer,maybe he got em cheaper...
