Trying to find some good diagrams of an empty 2G Trunk.

Looking for a direct view down of an empty one which can be easily converted to a diagram that I can print, without having color and such (if I erase, I don't want ink smearing everywhere) Also, an empty trunk view from inside of the car, seats folded down, viewing backwards at an almost center angle.

If possible, views of in trunk from both the passenger and driver side viewing into it.

I'm not skilled with photo editing at all, and converting something like this. I figured I'd post this thread here and in the photoshop forum to see what all I can yield result wise from both forums.

Using this to design my trunk interior. Will contain, 2-3 JL amps, 2 JL W7's, 1 air compressor, 1 nitrous bottle, 1 small 3 gallon air tank.

Thanks!

Because only my 1G is here.

2G is having body work done and being repainted again... :\

Shop messed up, offered to do redo it for free.

Guess I can't just walk outside and do it now, huh?

I'm looking for diagrams, not colored pictures. Even if I did just go take a picture of it, I can't convert them to decet diagrams to do designing on. I'm not that talented with images.

i asked the same question for my 2g eclipse & got the same response.... go take a picture. Whats the point of bein on a site like this if no one is willing to help? Nothing but smart a$$ comments are the responses. If i get booted for this whoopty-F*#$in do! seems to me that most the people on here are pricks anyways.

Take a picture is a great piece of advice.

Snap a picture (get it to your computer.. scan.. transfer from camera to computer).

Get a trial version of Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

Create a layer over top your original picture, trace the contours of what you want.

Take away the original picture and save the outlined diagram you created.

You have now created your own diagram that will identically match your car.

You have also learned some valuable photo-editing skills.

If you think that is too much work... then one can only assume that your custom fabricated designs... are poop. Because designing-creating-fitting and carpeting a box is much much much harder and more time consuming then scanning a picture and tracing an outline.

get me a picture and ill make some crude diagrams for you, if only i could afford a camera

I cant help you with your trunk diagram but how are you going to put all that into a 2g trunk is what i want to know? I highly doubt that you will be able to fit 2 w7's with the proper airspace, the amps to power those monsters, and a nitrous bottle, air compressor, and with a air tank. it would be easier and quieter to have the compressor mounted on the inside of the rear bumper, that would save you room and the noise of your tank being refilled.

SoloBaricCLipse - The original post was made 18 months ago, lets hope that his 2G is still not in the shop ;)

dirtydeeds98 - If you want a trial version of Paint Shop Pro, IM me, I'll e-mail it to you. It is very easy to take a picture and draw outlines in Paint Ship Pro. Personally, if it was me, I'd take a camera to a local junkyard that had a 2G and take pictures instead of asking on here. :dsm:
