does any 1 know what makes that phss sound when u shift gears???

No, its a factory defect in the cars engine. See, this is how to fix the problem. Take the vaccum hose off the power brake booster and put it down bout your pistons, then take the timing belt off and hook it down about the transmission (helps you shift better at higher rpm's) Then take a torque wrench and remove you exhaust manifold gaskets and put them in your intake manifold.

Or you could just change the oil.

Either way it comes out the same in the end!

What u guys think? Is it the balance shafts knocking or the varible valve timing solenoid going bad? Hard to tell by the brief description.

Or maybe its just your giant wing and bodykit flapping in the wind?

Give the guy a break...please.

You try to kid around a lil bit and some noob tells you to stop, LOL. OK to be serious if it is a turbo or supercharged car and when they let off you hear a phhhhssssttt sound its more than likely a bov (blow off valve) venting. :thumb:
