Im sorry if this is a repost but i searched and did not find anything on the forum that helped me out. I just recently picked up a set of Apexi gauges at a great price and have been searching for an A pillar pod to install them in my 1g. The only reason I picked them up was I heard that they were extremely accurate and at $275 for 3 eletrical gauges i couldnt pass on it. Now Ive been looking for a pillar pod to mount them and I cant find a Pillar pod that fits 60mm gauges for a 1g anywhere. Ive only come accross them for 2g cars. Does anyone know of a site that sells a triple 60mm gauge pod that fits a 1g. Id appreciate any help I can get. Thanx in advance

Im sorry I just realized after i entered the post that I posted in the wrong area. For some reason I thought I was under a different section and madethe mistake I apologise for the tread.

If i remember correctly, if you take a dremel and remove some of the trim on the inside of the pod, you can get apex 60mm gauges to fit in the spot. It'll be a tight squeeze, but it should work.

I was lucky cause a friend needed money and was looking to sell them so I bought them from him and gave hima a few stock parts he needed as well.

So I should be able to fit 3 60mm gauges in a reg pod if I expand the holes?

I don't think one is made for 1G's. You should consider the single pod and use the heater vent bezel for the other two. It worked quite nicely for my setup. I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but the two gauge A-pillar pod tends to hang a bit close to the steering wheel on the 1G, and I found myself hitting it with my hand on a number of occasions - especially in high speed twisties.
