where can i get this turn signals?

i just ordered this turn signals(the plain clear ones) until i came across a pic of this car with this kind:

i was wondering if ne one knew where i can get a pair like those instead? thanks

Apc makes two styles that's one of them and you probably ordered the others. One is Euro clears. And the ones in the picture are diamond clears I believe. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

are those supposed to light up when the turn signals are on?? i just put some in but they dont light up
