fiberglassin my dash and projector questions

alright here i go.

first i am taking the dash out of my car and fiberglassin it alone with making my interior black itstead of grey. has anyone done this before and what do i need to do it. im wantin to shave out the passenger air bag and make the tweet holes actually fit my kove tweets. how would i go about this the best/easiest way.

second do apc projectors fit for crap?

the projectors are a little smaller than factory but they still look good
