want to change interior

anyone know any good shops in SOCal. i like in the san fernando valley. my interior is in mint condition but i cant stand the burgandy color of it. and would like to redo the whole thing. already got the paint taken care of though. Also how much does the front windshield go as far as getting it replaced??
