Mine are smokey white... his are clear... and it looks like more then just polishing. Anyone have any ideas?

Damn, he modified or custom-made his hood too to eliminate pop-up lights. Looks very nice. I always thought about doing something like that. Looks way better than that 92+ look.

I thought about making my lenses clear too. Probably just sand it down to flat surface and polish them. Or maybe he cut out the second wall (near headlight side) and it makes them look clear. Very doable.

I'm thinking of going to junk yard to pick up a few spares and messing around with them.
 
it also looks like he has some sort of a projector light setup to replace his old pop-ups. i think it looks awesome !! and don't the laser lights have a clearer section then the others where the light shines thru?
 
I could be way off. But I am pretty sure that is a very old pic of DSMman's car, maybe even before he purchased it. He is a mod over at DSMtalk. :talon: rules:)
