about how much gallons does it take to paint a 2g, im looking into painting my car in the near future but i know the shops around here dont have the color i want in stock and they will have to purchase it, just curious as too how many gallons ill have to purchase in order to paint my ride

What are you painting over? For example if it has different colors it will take more than is it is a solid color. Most of the time it takes about half a gallon of base to cover a car.
