Where Do You Guys Get Turbo Spoilers Installed..? HELP!

I hear constantly that you guys find body shops that will weld the holes shut f/ the 3 piece spoiler and install the turbo spoiler for like $300-$400, well here in the des moines area ive tried a few places and cheapest quote ive found is $800!!! btw, i already have the spoiler and its painted, so im not understanding how anyone knows someone that will do it for $400. Id pay that much right now if i could find someone to do it for that! anyone know a shop here in the midwest or somewhere that is around $400 or less?!

btw, i will drill the holes to install the spoiler, all i want is the existing holes welded shut and painted over.

Go to minneapolis, there are a zillion shops there that will do it cheaply.

My spoiler is being put on this week...painted and all the holes welded for $250
