lip for my 96 talon

ive been seeing these carbon fiber lips on 2gb eclipses, and i was wondering if anyone knows of a manufacturer who makes anything like this for my 96 talon

I'm not 100% sure but I think that they have only been made for the 97+ eclipse bumpers.

there is a company called aeroduo, that makes a lip for the "smiley's" 95-96 eclipses.
