How hard is it to change the roof carpet?
Where would i get replacement material?
What type of material is this?

Thanks

I just did mine for my GSX earlier today. All I did was cut a piece of the origanal fabric off and go done to the closest fabric store and found the closest match. The fabric is a fleece of some sort. My match wasn't exact but it looks good. I didn't tak off the old fabric just layed the new stuff over top. I used a spray glue put on the new fabric and cut out all the area's that shouldn't be covered. It is very simple and took me about 1/2 hour to do.

I think Pep Boys has all the fabric, and glue you need to do it. Ive never done it, but instead of placing it over the old stuff, you can remove the whole top thing.... take it outa the car, take off the old carpet, and put the new carpet on the orignal damper fabric that silences the nosie from the outside. Then place it back in. :thumb:

For me it was impossible to take the old fabric off with out destorying everything. That is why I had to lay the new stuff over the old.
