Painted Interior question

I used about 400dg sand paper, but it doesn't really matter, just as long as you spend about 5 mins sanding. Your drip and dry spots are the result of Armorall or something simliar, sand it again, only this time use hot water and soap on the parts after they are sanded, and then use paint thinner to get off the armorall and it should do fine as long as you let it dry. There is a certain way to paint that works good too. on the first coat of paint, I just mist on the paint from about 4ft away, just to get the paint tachy, then let it set for about 5 mins, then start painting away. if you have any other questions just post.
