well looks like my wheels have like rust stains or something on them the car sat for about 6 months or so. so they are all going down the rim.
any ways or tricks to clean up the stock wheels nice ?

oh yeah guess i could try that.

they are just bare i think.(have a rougher/textured finish though) they are like 5 or 6 kinda weird looking spokes. stock eagle rims. (on my 92 tsi awd)

if they have a textured finish then they are probably painted... try using Mothers like DSMhelex suggested.. it will do wonders

hopefully it is just rust like stains and not the wheels actually rusted...

oh and BTW, with the Mother's.. use a lot of elbow grease and really rub it in there then buff it off real well

yeah ive got a 4" i think it is buffer wheel for a drill.. i might try that.

look @ my gallery to see the rims i have.

right on. the eagle one all wheel cleaner is the best. i used to use simple green and it dulled my rims, so i started using the eagle stuff and their looking better. its in an orange spray bottle.

Those wheel look like they are painted to me, but I can't tell 100%

Eagle makes GREAT products for cleaning wheels an dthey are pretty easy to use, you might want to try that and if it doesn't work try the Mother's... Mother's Mag & Alum Polish is also good to help clear up those pesky 1g headlights
