I'm in the middle of removing my moldings (strip at 1/2 way point on door and fender and quarter panel). There's an adhesive holding it there, but its a beeotch to take off, and good products or advice to use?

if it is an adhesive, like a sticky substance from a decal or whatever, use a product called GOO-GONE. Its friken sweet stuff. u can pick it up at can-tire or anywhere really.

3M makes an adhesive remover- since the tape is probably their product in the first place, it might be the one to try first. I've also heard Goo-Gone is terrific, and WD-40 is good for the last remnants. Be careful of your paint, all this stuff is just hell on it. Then again, so are the adhesives.
