Anyone change 95 to 97+ skirts?,changing side skirts, quick question

Ok i am going to change my skrits and end caps( are these the L shaped piece at the end of the skirt?) for 97+ skirts and caps.

Thing is i want to know if i have to change the doorcaps(are these the parts attached to the door?)
