could i install coil overs?

I car is lowered 1.5" on eibach springs with kyb adjustable shocks. He gave me a set of ground control coil overs but they weren't installed. Do you think i could install them myself? Or should i bring them to a shop? Thanks.

It's not that hard, just time consuming. I did my shocks and springs myself. I had never done them before, and neither did my buddy that helped. We did in under 5 hours.
