oz crono's

ever since i got my eclipse i have loved these rims (oz crono evolutions). problem is, ive only seem them at tirerack's website and they are expensive as hell. $339 a wheel i was just wondering if anyone knows of a place to get them for cheaper than that? if possible, as a package with tires. lastly, i am planning on getting some tein s tech springs which drop 1.3"; would that be good enough for the crono's? the crono's are 18's so i figured id ask just to make sure. thanks for any help
