Im getting Hood Pins tommorrow, Just got a new hood, but latch wont work:mad: I tried everything. So i gave up and said I just want Hood Pins. So you 1G guys w/ Hood Pins. Show me.

What ever you do don't buy the cheap AutoZone/PepBoys hood pins. If you scratch the covers trying to get the pins in they'll look bad and probably rust. I also scratched my hood when a pin was being stubborn. I'd get the kind that has a ring on the pin. You move the ring to the other side and then pull on the ring which pulls the pin out. You also won't loose the pins with these. Just my $.02 ! Later.

This shot was taken from my hotel room at nopi. The eclipse on the right is mine, the one on the left is a guy running a 200 shot from 2gnt.com. My hood pins are functional. I need them because i dont have a hood latch due to my dual stage oil cooler being in its place.

I have since painted them black, so they are less noticeable.
