Anyway to turn sidemarker light to an alternating blinker?

I was wondering if someone knew a way to wire the sidemarker light on a 2nd Gen to stay on when you turn the lights on but become an alternating blinker between the one in the headlight. So if the blinker in the headlight is off then the sidemarker would be on and vice-versa.

It's is definitely possible, the last owner of my car rigged up the lights like that. I have no idea how, though

Thanks for the links Defiant. I did it in about 15-20 minutes. Looks good too. When the headlights are off they both come on at the same time, when they are on they alternate.
