2g Eclipse wing on 2g Talon?

Hey guys, new to the forum, and I'm in the process of looking to a DSM to buy. I've read through some of the FAQ stuff and did some searches, but I have a question. I really like the look of the 97-99 Eclipses, but I think its gonna be easier and cheaper for me to get a Talon. However, I personally hate the lip wing thing the Talon has, but I like the OEM 2G Eclipse wing. How hard is the switch to do? Also does anyone have any pics of a 2G Talon with a 2G Eclipse wing?

Well both of them use different holes so your gonna have to get the ones from the talon spoiler welded over and repainted which I hear is quite expensive.

theres atleas 7 or 8 holes that have to be welded. if your willing to spend the money to get all the holes filled and then for them to re install the new wing

How big are these holes? I'm used to welding and grinding and finishing things myself on my Jeep, if these holes aren't too big then I dont think it would be too much of a problem. some bondo and paint and I think it could be done.

what kind of wing do you want? are you talking about the low stock 3 piece spoiler on ALL eclipses. please for the sake of every one dont do it. get the high rise one piece if you want a wing

OEM, i think its the low rise one...i just want something that looks clean and stock, not something ready to take flight....i like the looks of a wing, just not the lip thing the talon has goin on.
