it's really easy, dupli-color makes an awesome wheel paint and clear coat, they're called high performance wheel coating - you just cleanup/sand your wheels so they dont have any bubbles/rust spots primer them up put about 6-8 light coats of paint then 3 medium coats of clear coat and they look great - check my gallery i think i have a pic of one of my wheels however they were not washed before the pic so they arent very shiny - mine have lasted well over a month with no chips

Here is a pic of the center cap. This was a pita since you have to tape off everything except the center :dsm: symbol.
