mounting solution?

hey i have a hks type-1 turbo timer, and i placed it under my cd player/ right next to the cigerrate lighter/ right above my shifter. And yes a hole was cut for it for it. well the guy who put it in did the same on his gs-t, but he had greddy on http://www.import-performance-parts.com/Greddy-Turbo-Timer.htm , and the design is a bit differrent then mine, it kind hooked on to the hole so it doesn't fall in. To prevent it to fall in because the type 1 is shaped differently check here http://nextcollection.com/html/ape-auto~performance-Turbo~Timer-none-none-none.cfm , the guy rubber cemented it on, which werked fora while... until it fell in . now my damm turbo timer is stuck inside my console and i dunno how to re-mount it. i think some sort of brace would werk, but not sure. What do u guys recommeneding?

this may sound ghetto but it does work, you can just wrap black tape around the timmer and the radio using spacers in between them to get the right spacing, ive dont a raidio + EQ this way, lasted untill i removed it
