JDM mirrors \Euro spec power folding mirrors [Merged 2-8] mirror side view rear

does anyone know where you can get the european-spec folding side view mirrors for our cars? they actually kinda remind me of acura integra mirrors, but it would still be a cool "only-a-true-DSM'r-would-notice-them" mod.

He means the really nice mirrors that were stock on the very few Japanese-market Eclipses. They look really good, and fold in apparently.

from what i found out, we can order them from the japanese dealer, only problem is that they are about 300 plus shipping charges to wherever you live. if i can get the dealer webpage from japan translated, i could give you the phone number. i almost had a set but screwed it up when i never replied to one of his emails.

true very true. course if i could do that, then i'd be able to get us some of those mirrors. heheheheheh. though a friend of mine can get parts from japan no problem. he's got a translator for the calls he makes and i'm planning on sending him the address so that he can find out how much they will run shipped to the US and all that fun stuff.

oh here's a pic of the mirrors too since someone wanted to see them. they are only for a 2G eclipse though. plus that body kit on the eclipse is also discontinued.

we have different mirrors here too then you guys do in USA.I sold a set to US a while back....they are foldable and doesnt look like the stock ones at all.I will get one of my old pics of the GS up and let y aknow how they look....when I get home from work.

there that should work , you have to leave the .orig.jpg off of the link and then you'll get a thumbnail version. but it's better than nothing.

they fold right in and are powered. but i gotta look at something because they arent working right. they only work 10% of the time. any ideas why?
