What do you guys think? http://home.attbi.com/~Apexi9999/formztsi/wheels.html
that's the site i used for the tutorial, props to him, i know he's on here or dsmtalk.com. very helpful webpage
used everything on that, aircraft ripped it off, some puddy knives, little sanding, primer/painted black/then clear coated. i'm happy with the results. let me know what you think! all ihave to do is hit the lip with a dremel to give it a better shine, and some polish, it's been raining for the last 5 days, doesn't look to be stopping for the next few so i'll have to wait. thanks for the input!

what paint is that? i used the duplicolor to do mine but the darkest they had was graphite color. then i hit it with clear coat.

what i used was the primer that came in black all this stuff is from autozone, then i used their black paint, several coats, and then the wheel clear coating they have. you're right, they only had graphite, white, and a chrome? can't remember the other one but nothing that i had wanted.

I just did my wheels black. Duplicolor does make a solid black..."Universal Black" is what it's called I believe. Got it from Wal Mart.

i just did my wheels in a white pearl. looks alot better than chipping silver paint, only suggestion is maybe not to go with white brake dust shows up horrible. later

I painted my '96 GST rims gunmetal metallic with the polished lip. They look awesome, and everyone always compliments on them.
