Painting car

i have an air compressor and can borrow a shop to paint my car, now i kno that i need a spray attachment on my compressor, but my question is how will i do to paint the car and how much will it cost to get a fine black paint (hopefully the black the beemers come with) and do the job myself

$300-$400, if you get a good price on paint. Which won't be any BMW paint.

you need about a gallon of base, a gallon of clear, and half a gallon of reducer. FOr good paint (Dupont Chroma One) you're lloking at spending 800-1000 dollars in materials. But thats only if you want good paint that will last indeffinately....
