CF Hood Questions....

ok , i was wondering about the CF hoods..

would a CF hood that fits a Eclipse fit a Talon perfectly?

and after you buy the hood what all do you have to buy to put it on.?

i am specfically wondering about the RD OEM style CF hood...... it says this about it.....

" These Grade A Carbon Fiber Hoods from RD, not only compliment your vehicles overall look, but feature high quality rolled edges, exoskeleton for increased strength and a reinforced hood latch. Hood pins arent necessary but are always recommended."

You shouldn't have a fitiment issue. I would buy hood pin's to protect your investment.

They all fit the same.

Hood pins are they only thing you want to add on otherwise you don't "need" anything to attach them.

Yes it is still a good idea to get hood pins even with the latch. I had a friend that thought he could get away with it when he got a cf hood from VIS. Its the one with the 1 huge vent that angles down. Driving down the freeway at 80 the hood unlatched and smashed his windsheild and cracked the lamaination on the hood. Its not like the pins are expensive or anything, just get them.

i got the sparco pins on my VIS (even though some people say VIS dont need emm...)
