hey guys, in a few days when i get my car back from the shop, im going to be swapping on a 97 front to my 96. so my question is, since its my first time removing the front bumper, are there any tricks or spots where i might have problems? or is it just a few clips and bolts here and there? also for any of those that have done the conversion, how hard of a process is it? thanks for any help in advance.

Only tricky part is where the bumper is attached under the headlights. Technically, you cannot remove the bumper without first removing the headlights....yet, I've found you cannot remove the headlights without first removing the bumper. So it's tough. I just broke the attachments off...you really don't need them anyways.

hmm..ok ok. so im not going to be able to take the bumper off, nor the headlights. are these plastic clips holding it in/on? or is it something else and how do i go about breaking them? even if i remove those metal pieces in between the headlights under the hood, i still wont be able to reach them to remove them? dammit..i didnt think taking a front bumper would be such a task..thanks again.
