My eclipse is the teal green color. I am going to be powdercoating some things under the hood such as heat shields and valve cover etc... what color do you guys think I should do? I am going to powdercoat the heatshields almost chrome but I dont know what to do the rest of the parts, any ideas? Pics would be great to, thanks.

i wouldn't powdercoat the heatshield. i personally think a polished heatshield looks alot better than a near chrome powdercoating. hell, you can even polish the valve cover, i also prefer that. then again a teal powdercoat with a silver plug cover wouldn't look too shabby

the chameleon paint (the color changing stuff) looks good under the hood. some local guy around my area had his valve cover done, and it actually looks really nice. i think itd go well with your green color. anyways, just my .02

im wondering if it was powdercoated or actually painted tho. hm. anywasy, yah. thats what id do if i was getting anything painted and i had your car.
