Installed A/F Gauge today

when running at normal throttle the gauge will flux. from lean to normal, and it will go back and forth really fast, on WOT the gauge runs 100% rich, any ideas what wrong, or is it normal.

especially on cruise control. Gets annoying but I got used to it.
