Back BUmper Removel

OK I got the 9 bolts or so off from right under your tail lights and i got the two from behind the license plate and also the 6 or so from under the bumper right in the middle, now is there only two bolts on each side of the fender on the inside? Also what is the best way to get to these bolts i tried just laying on the ground under the car but i just couldn't get them out? Is going through the fenderwhale the best way to go?

Yup, pull the rear plastic inner fender. If I remember there are 2 10mm bolts and 3-4 plastic fasteners on each side.
