I just put 19's on my 99 GST sypder but I have a ? on lowering it. Is there any particular brand that is better then the rest? and does anyone know how many inches it can be dropped? Please let me know.

2" is about the limit to safetly drop a 2g. Brand of lowering springs usually isn't that important (unlinke coilovers). I've seen guys with the cheapest springs on eBay to top end Eibach springs, and there is usually little to no difference. Main thing is to remember is camber kits are a necessity and you might as well pick up some nice new shocks while you have your suspension all apart.

Also, don't go with coilovers unless you have the money to get good ones. The cheaper ones are usually a really horrible ride.
