Foil stuff under the hood.....

anyone know where i could get a replacement for that foil crap under the hood of my 1990 talon? im trying to clean up my engine bay and that thing looks like its been set on fire before .. its pretty dirrrrty .. is there a place that i could buy a new piece? or what would you guys suggest?

If it's not torn up, you might try cleaning it up with a metal polish, but gawd what a crappy job that'd be.
