I have searched for the last couple hours and no find.

My sunroof never worked. Went to a pull a part and got one off a Dodge Avenger.

We got it installed and went to open worked great. All excited and went to close it and nothing at all. No click, motor didn't even try. Switched to my old computer and same thing, nothing. Went and got the old motor, didn't install it just hooked it up. It also would work on the opening direction but If I went to close it nothing.

What could be the problem here. Please help I would love to have a working sunroof.

I'm about to check the fuse but before this everything electrical worked on my old one. just was missing the cables and tracks were broke.

Don't worry got in the car and tried it one last time (head liner is on now) works both ways now. Weird but more car is a woman ha.

Lol no the whole car. If she doesn't like something she will not work and if I do just a quick rig to get me home she will break something else. Only wants the most expensive things and she takes all my money the day I get paid. ha My car is defiantly a woman ha.

I had a similar problem with mine. If I put it back all the way and then hit the switch to put it back again it would get stuck open. I found that when it got stuck if I just pulled the glass forward with my hand while hitting the button to close it, it would close again.

Mine occasionally has the same exact problem where it gets stuck open. I have to pull on the glass to get it go sometimes. It seems I usually have the problem worse if I turn the car off first; extra power of the engine on seems to help me.
