Where to buy new shift knobs?

Just got a 1998 GS-T Spyder. The shift knob sucks, all torn up. Where are the places that sell them/ does Amazon? Are they a universal fit?

Also, looking for a steering wheel cover. Something that provides grip but no frills.

Thanks!

BTW all the old Shift Knob threads are really old so seeing if anyone has anything new...

You didn't search enough then ;)
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/drivetrain-tech/441089-oem-weighted-shift-knobs.html

Or if you're looking for just a plain nice looking OEM knob they can be found easily on the classifieds/junkyard/ebay/direct from Chrysler

OR if you aren't into OEM stuff then you really shouldn't be posting a thread. Crap knobs are everywhere, even in my little town so take your pick. Thread is M10 x 1.25MM.

...and if you get a knob that mounts via 3 tiny Allen head screws, for God sakes heed their warning and "DO NO MOUNT WHILST DRIVING"

Welcome to tuners and happy holidays :)

Damn. I hate reposts, so thank you for posting that! I tried buying one today @ O'Reillys, and it was just too tall by like an inch. The one that comes with the car is quite short... I really just want a new one that's the same.

ya just get one in that thread pitch. Many knobs are universal and have differant threaded inserts for differant applications. I got mine from NRG, they have some sick ones that are decently priced

ebay amazon local car parts stores junkyards its all a matter of what kind you want. steering wheel covers are everywhere next time you go to a store look around I'm sure they will have a few or look online.
