Headlight Moisture

Well if you have moisture in your lights already I would take the light out of the car and take an air compresser and blow it out and leave it in a hot area for awhile (4-5 hours) Or If not possible to pull your lights just drive without the caps on the back.

I blew mine out with an air hose (120psi) and drove with out the caps for a few days and then put the caps back on and it did the trick.
