RM Lip

i have stock rims with 2" drop, so im thinkin that WHEN i get the rm lip, it will get ripped off hella quick, what'd ya think? how many of u guys have had ur lips ripped off ur bumper?

i just got mine. i love it but don't drive much. so just be careful.

I got mine too. If you have rough roads and things are not completly flat. Use the lip for show. I am not saying not to get it but be very very careful with it. It looks awesome just hard to keep it in one piece.

that has to be annoyin when you drive it. probably has to reverse to get into a gas station

All 2G DSM with look exceptional, but keeping it intake looks pointless/impossible to do on a daily driver?

no i don't have to back into a gas station. most of the places here are fairly new so there's no speed bumps or dips or inclines to get into places. so as of now, i'm pretty lucky.

Some people are saying that they are becoming the ricey mod for us, but I still think they look just badass. If ya think you can stand it, then get it. If you have adjustibles <sp> then just raise your ride heigth .5in or so. just my .02

Good god, your car has got to be less than 2" off the ground. And you don't even have air suspension?? Hit a pebble in the road and kiss that lip goodbye.

i fear no pebbles!!!! yeah right. car only gets driven half as much as i used to drive it anyways. every place i go has smooth entrances and no speed bumps except the mall. i'll see how i handle there this weekend.

Hell I am on my 3rd lip!! I love the look of it, and this one has lasted the longest. I now have more experience driving with it on, however it can still be a biatch in some cases. If you like it then get it. When I get my carbon fiber one it will be.... SHOW ONLY..... and the regular one will be for street driving.
