My 90 laser didn't come with foglights. How should I install some, and how would I turn them on?

You have 2 options, find somebody selling stock fog lights in classifieds somewhere, or get some aftermarket ones. I suggest aftermarket, you could get a pair for what you'd probably pay for the stockers from somebody. You're probably going to have to drill some screws into your bumper(usually a non-visible spot), and figure out where to run the wire through the firewall into the passenger ocmpartment for your switch. I think vfaq.com has some wire routing instructions for a few different installs, if you pick up some fogs look there.

i just took my stockers off today, i still have to get the brackets off of the car. Its tough to get those off though. If someone can tell me how to get those off you can buy them off of me. E-mail me if you want them.

I recomend the PIAA platnum series fog lights. They are my favorite after market fog light. Those are the lights that I have.

You would need the switch out of a 1g that was equipped with the fogs, it will plug right in.

The only needed parts are:

the fog lamps and brackets
the switch from an equipped DSM

But do yourself a favor, if your car has the plastic inserts for where the fogs go, throw them away, they just pull right off.

Ok 2 questions. When you say fogs... do you mean a set of stock fogs, or aftermarket? And also, say I get the switch from an equiped dsm... where would I mount it, and where is the other end of the fog light harness to hook it up? do you know what I mean? help please cause I want fogs really bad

The switch goes on the left binnacle of the instrument panel, second button down. There's one on eBay now, do an "eclipse fog" search. They show up fairly often. The wiring for the switch is probably taped to the harness underneath there, dig around and see what you find.

I mean the factory fogs, its cheaper to make one wiring harness. So the wires are there no matter if the car had fogs originally or not. As for the button, the post prior to this is correct. The switch installs on the left side of the dash cluster. Just take that surround off and remove the dummy button that fills the hole. It easy to put in, then look there will be three wire harnesses. Two may already be used, depending on whether you have the control for pop-up headlamps. Of the three only one will fit. As for down at the bumper you may want to search around a little, the other end will be there, but they might be wire tired up or behind some of the plastic splash shields.

My car didn't come with them either, once you get everything it will make a lot more sense.
