Prefer to leave deck spoiler on but if i have to i will remove it!

OK my deck spoiler rattles so much and i cant of how to tighten it down and i don't really want to spray foam up under the entire thing cause its loose on both sides. how do i get it tight?!?!

take it off...one of the screws or something that holds it down might be loose under there...take it off and see if everything is there...screws and everything to hold it down, thats all i can think of

Ya i took the trim piece off under the hatch off and their are two bolt that hold down the back side of the deck and those are as tight as they can go but there are two bolts from under the deck that go down that i cant get to. If i could get to those two i am sure i could get it tight but i need to know on how to get to under the deck without destroying it!!
