her is my car... i was wonderin what i have to do to get the black strip on the side off my car. would it work? would it look bad? cause i think it would look good with it off.. give me some info!

if you do it, it will look dirty and not have much clearcoat on it. my friend did that to his 1.8L, and you have to take it to a professional shop that will buff it for you and then it still might not look like the other paint.

i wanna do the same with mine, i will probably fill it, so its flush with the rest of the body when i get a paintjob. i saw another car have it like that and i thought it looked good.
 
either would look good, what the neon guys usally do is take it off then fill it and get it painted, it looks good painted the same color as your car, but better gone and filled
