I ordered APC clear bumper corners for my 99 eclipse and I could have sworn I orderd the ones for a 96-99 but on the box it says 96-98!?? Will these fit my car I did not think there was a difference between the 98 and the 99 bumper... people tell me that APC is a peice of sh*t company who does things half a$$ed and that's just how they label the box and the will fit my car. I held them up and they look like they fit but I don't wanna go at it yet if they will not fit? Someone help ASAP:confused:

Dude you need to stop drinking so much coffee...yes they will fit. It takes like 2 seconds to install those, it's not like you couldn't check real quick. Regardless, all the 2g bumper lights are the same, you're fine, now relax! :)

Don't you have to take out the fender walls to put them in? How do you get to them if you don't? ::set's down coffee:: :thumb:

Look at your new ones, the front clip is a spring, the rear is a latch. Pry from the back to the front (use a rag like in your owner's manual), the rear unlatches and swings out like a barn door. To install, latch the _rear_ first, and press in at the front. Pretty tidy little design, all-in-all.

Does it take alot of force to get it out? I just wanna make sure I don't break anything cuz I looked at the new ones and they have a little clip like thingy with a screw on it?

it doesnt take much force to get it out if you have the screw driver in the right place. look at your apc corner lights if working on the right side first get the right apc light. match it up with the one that is already installed and ther should be a silver or gold clip, the side the clip is on is the side you should put the screw driver. but i recomen going under it and sticking your hand behind there and just mashing the clip. i didnt trust myself with a screwdriver with a rag over it to put those in. good luck

make sure when you put them in that you dont pry to hard..you should be applying around 2 to 3 pounds of force..no more no less..if you apply more than 3 pounds of force you will break the upper stratosphere mechanical arm swing and once that goes your in deep shiat..ENJOY!!..LOL

can only imagine what the projector headlights will do to you..LOL
