Carbon Fiber Gauge Pods

Ive seen these for a stupid civic, has anyone seen them for our cars??

TurboTrix sells the 2-gauge A-pillar CF-look pod that I happen to have, though we all know fake CF is pretty ugly. I'm gonna see if I can get a real one made from a mold of this one though.

www.carbonwerks.com is supposed to start making them pretty soon, at least that what it says down at the the bottom of their interior page.

they do make them for our cars i have one with the 2 gauges but its like platic with carbon fiber over top of it and the like a resin on top of the fiber

i got it from powertoyz.com and its like real carbon fiber sheet on top of plastic but its not real all the way threw, $40 i could not find a solid all c/f pod but its better than that damn vinyl sheeting stuff

I like the Carbon Fiber gauge cups. Thats what I'm using for my gauges.

does it really matter if its CF all the way through? i'm sure putting real cf on plastic helps keep the price down.

well, i think its just covered, it looks fake, and its not the glossy look of cf

i phrased my question wrong. say there are two identical looking CF gauge pods.... one is cf all the way through and one is plastic or something but has real cf overtop.. and the straight through cf one is $10 more. which would you buy? if its the straight through cf one then why?

Who cares if its C/F all the way through. Its a guage pod, it doesnt need weight reduction. If it has a nice finish, buy it, thats all Ill be looking for.
