Seats that grip you

The stock seats in the talon and eclipse don't seem to hold me very well. Any input on some seats that will hold a person well and that are black leather? Aftermarket or other Manufacturer's seats (Honda S2000).

Thanks,
Ian

oooh, I just looked those up and they look pretty damn sexy. Maybe even better than the Honda S2000.

Stock 87 Trans Am GTA seats are hands down the most comfortable seats I've ever sat in. They have so much adjustment and when they're fully inflated they hold you in like no other seat I've seen...

I'm sure they prob won't fit in a dsm but I read the thread and felt like posting this

Oh damn, those seats are ugly though . Any other affordable aftermarket seats?

Are your seats original to the car? If so, the '95 models (I would guess the Talon as well, but not positive) came with seats that have adjustable 'wings'. There's a knob on the right side of the seat that will adjust how tight the seat hugs you.

Ya I know what your talking about. My Talon seats were worn so I am currently using a Talon Passenger Seat and a Laser power driver seat. But when I had my Talon seats they still didnt hold me that well.

350z seats, I bet those cost a grip. But I know no matter what I will have to spend at least $500 for good seats.

i have a 350z and the seats r OK but compared to my mazdaspeed racing seats in my rx7, and the recaros in the evo they dont hold up. but evo front and back seats r worth 13000 new... or so ive been told, 650 a seat for sparco tornios would do well... great looking, working, and sexy as hell with a momo tornado steering wheel is how i would do it if i bought anything but engine parts for my dsm lol

On the 95's, there's two knobs there. The one is for lumbar, but the other is for the wings.

Oh, and if you want wings, go get a Red Bull

Dude, awesome link. Those prices aren't bad at all and the seats look pretty sleek/stock.

Edit: ...PVC leather though... got my hopes up. But the cloth EVO seats don't look too bad.

Compared to a couch, I'm sure they are.

Stock Evo seats are great, but aren't worth the cost at all. Why buy the IX Recaros for $1300 when you could get some insanely baller Status or similar seat for the same price.

Good, budget racing seats are Corbeau seats. Don't buy any of that knock off, ebay crap. The second you get into an accident, they'll fold in half.

SRT4 neon (used to own one) seats are supportive and good looking, and I have seen them on ebay for cheap.
