Carol Stream, IL,
What is it that makes the 97+ look so much better? Can you convert 95+ ones to look like that without a new bumper and headlights?

the 97's have black housings and the turn signals diffrent, the 95's are clear and have a bigger turn signal.

You can paint the housing of the 95's black but it still doesent look the same as the 97's

Just wondering if anyone had any, and could post close up pics of both the 95 and the 97? Thanks.

mine are not foggy either.

Ahhh I have a 95' GST, foggy right headlight... Oh well I plan on doing the headlight conversion when i put on the body kit... I want to get some 97' + projectors :D

only difference is in the inside corner

the 95-96 2g eclipse and 2g talon's headlights are all teardrop with chrome housings
the 97-99 2g eclipse have a cut off portion near the end that just slants down. they have a black housing, and the turn signal indicator has a bubble that kind of goes out.

the 97-99 lights are imo some of the coolest headlights ever made for...well, anything. if any 97-99 guys have projectors and want to sell me their old oem housings, i might have to pick them up...

You can put 97 headlights on a 2ga. You'll just have a little gap which doesn't look bad if you wanna keep that bumper
