ok guys this is my first post so please bear with me. Im planning on Niteshading my tails and centerpeice. Ive read up on all the ways to do it and whatnot but i was currious if anyone has tried baking theirs. Do you get the same results, as far as shinieness, you would if you were to sand, shade , sand, and clearcoat? Or is it even possible to bake Eclipse tails? Im sorry, i recently purchased a very riced out GS that needs work as my first car and i am quite ready to become part of the dsm community.:D

I just used krylon platix paint or what ever its called. I had my girl press the brake down so i can see how thick i put it on.. I just taped them off while on the car.

I just bough the nightshades. I used paint and I rally liked the dull look but after winter they turned whitish in color.

I sprayed the paint on and then took the tape off.. I never touched them.. They are lets say satin... Not crazy shiny or completely dull. I left the eclipse sticker on while i painted them and the took the sticker off after so the eclipse is now red and my tails are black..

BTW i did this 2 years ago and still looks great... I didnt sand my tails.. I just cleaned them
