Outside Mirror Color

This question is particularly for my '90 Laser RS but I think all 1g's were the same. Car is black from the factory. Were the mirrors body color (gloss) black or were they trim color (satin) black? How about the piece they mounted to? I've got mine apart and there is some glossy black on the inside of that piece (like maybe sprayed from the inside with the door panel off when painting the door face????) but the outside and the whole mirror housings are the same color and so faded I can't tell if it was body color or trim color.

The lower-trim-level cars got black door handles and mirrors. Talons with black tops have black mirrors.

Profile updated. I had done that about 2 years ago when I joined so where did it go? Anyway, no biggie.

I know it had black mirrors but were they gloss or semi-gloss? My car is so faded that I can't tell. Everything has sort of blended together into one dull color.
