udpdate on our $100 gsx

Been a little while since i been on here,been pretty busy. I found a 98 tsi shell with 76,000 miles on it for 100 bucks and traded my wheels off my probe. Anyways we mainly bought this parts car for the interior and sheetmetal and glass. The front ends are now swapped and so are the interiors.I still need to swap the dashboards since the one in the tsi is perfect and not spray painted.The cool thing was that the tsi came with 2gb headlights and bumper.

this was the car when we got it. so far we have pulled off 15 strobes and 8 neons and are still finding them as we go. now we need the stock rear tails and a 97-99 rear bumper and a gray rear seat.

not a bad deal and you even got some free graphics. Great job so far but what are the plans for this build?

pretty much all stock, its for my wife. the biggest part that needs to be taken care of is i need to locate another engine.

We even swapped radiators,efans,prop rod,and various little things in the bay just for the fact they were ALL SPRAY PAINTED!! i just dont understand i guess.

What was wrong with the TSi?

I would have swapped everything from the eclipse to the talon...The talon looks quite a bit cleaner and less items to remove/ or worry about (hacked wiring)

thats what i wanted to do, but she wanted the white gsx with the sunroof and all power stuff. the tsi is just a fwd turbo car,all manual except the mirrors. i will be selling the tsi when im done with it, still has the title and what not.
